An Invitation to Meditate Together

Dear Friends,

An Invitation to Meditate Together

I invite you to join me for a weekly meditation group. Each session will begin with a short talk or instruction on topics such as meditation techniques, Buddhist philosophy, or reflections on grief, acceptance, and resilience. Following this, we will spend 45 minutes in a mindfulness meditation together.

This group is open to everyone, and there is no fee—just a heartfelt intention to create a virtual community where we can support one another, evolve, and continue expanding. You are welcome to join whenever your schedule allows, and if 45 minutes feels too long, you’re free to sign off early.

When: Every Tuesday beginning next Tuesday, Jan 7, 2025
3:00–4:00 PM Pacific
4:00–5:00 PM Mountain
5:00–6:00 PM Central
6:00–7:00 PM Eastern

Where: Online with Zoom (link provided after registration by email)

What to Expect: A guided introduction followed by silent meditation.

If you have a topic you’d like me to explore, feel free to email or text me privately.

Let us come together in a spirit of connection and love, creating space for healing, growth, and transformation.

May all beings be free from suffering.
